Free Learning Advocate Course
(Careers Information and Advice Skills)

Learning Advocates meet with employees to help them get back into learning or to plan how to get more out of their learning, then encourage and support them as they take these steps. It covers communication skills, careers interviewing skills, careers information research skills and how to set up an information resource base.

4 day course (spread over a few weeks), starting early 2008.
Accredited by OCNNWR (Open College Network North West Region) at Level 2.
