Identifying and Monitoring Outcomes -
The difference you make!

Two-day training courses for voluntary and community organisations

Identifying and Monitoring Outcomes is a two-day training course for voluntary and community organisations. Courses are being organised by Cumbria CVS Learning Links which aims to help voluntary and community organisations develop knowledge and skills in using an outcomes focus.

The course aims to equip participants to introduce an outcomes focus within their own organisation. Whether trustees, paid staff, volunteers or a mixture

  • How much do you know about the effects of your organisation’s work?
  • Would you like to know more about outcomes?
  • Are your funders asking about outcomes monitoring?

If so, you’ll be interested in this training course for voluntary and community organisations.

  • Learn how to assess your effectiveness
  • Learn about what works, to improve your services.
  • Increase morale for staff and users by showing that change is happening.
  • Demonstrate to funders that you are making a difference.

OUTCOMES FOR CONTRACTS £75.00
As a follow-up to the Identifying and Monitoring Outcomes course (1st & 30th November ) we are offering an Outcomes Support Surgery. This will be for organisations who have already attended the two-day course and have surrent or expected contracts / SLAs for which they will need to demonstrate outcomes achieved. Send your outcomes requirements to our Outcomes Champion along with any supporting information and details of the issues you are struggling with. Allowing two weeks for the Outcomes Champion to study these, an appointment can be made for the Outcomes Champion to visit your organisation for a two hour consultancy meeting to progress your outcomes monitoring systems.
