The support we offer includes:``applying for benefits, housing advice, access to aids and adaptations, securing employment, retaining employment, holiday breaks, general information and advice and assistance with assistive technology needs.``If we can’t provide the service ourselves, then we will work with the individual to ensure that they are able to access a local service that can. |
