| Description | We work from four locations throughout Cumbria. We provide a wide range of services for people who are Profoundly Deaf, deafened, Deafblind and hard of hearing. ``These services include:``Social Work, Technical equipment, Children’s Development Service, Communication Support Unit (interpreters), Care Packages (domiciliary care) ````We also provide services for people who are hearing, for instance British Sign language Classes, training in Communication Tactics, Deaf Awareness, Deafblind communicator guides. ``Within our centres we have upto date ICT facilities which are broadband connected and available for hire.````In Carlisle, Kendal and Barrow we have training rooms available for hire. |
