| Description | We provide information, advice & support to people with dementia, their carers and families & friends. We raise awareness about dementia. \\\'Family Support Service\\\' offers one to one support, information and advice in one\\\'s own home. \\\'Active Links\\\' offers support in involving community activities, e.g. Walking for Health. A \\\'Releationship Group\\\' is in preparation. \\\'Information Forum\\\' offers information about dementia, support, treatments etc. `` Benson Green Day Centre is day care for older people with dementia and is available Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays.
