| Description | CYA works with and through its members to represent the voluntary youth work sector and to guide the capacity of such organisations to deliver high quality services for young people. ``It is the strategic umbrella body for the voluntary youth sector in the country on the Youth Work in Cumbria Partnership representing over 90 organisations, some of which are themselves umbrella bodies. There is two way communication between the membership and the Alliance to ensure services are acurately targeted and needs and aspirations are met.``Services include: ``provision & dissemination of high quality information to the sector,``help and support to address key training and devlopment issues,``access to a range of bursaries, development of mechanisams to ensure members views are known at key strategic partnerships. |
